Weld O Canada Inc seeks a seasoned metal fabrication professional to lead our team of skilled craftsmen. As a Metal Fabrication Production Manager, you will oversee the entire production process, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.



Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement equipment maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and optimize production.
  • Conduct quality control inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
  • Supervise and train employees on equipment use and production techniques, promoting a culture of safety and efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and implement effective inventory management strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to machinery and equipment.


Requirements


  • 5+ years of experience in metal fabrication, with a strong background in production management and leadership.
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field.
  • ISO 9000 and 9001 quality management certifications.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Windows and other relevant software applications.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
