About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Caregiver to join our team at Harshida Sharma. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their homes.

Responsibilities
  • Personal Care: Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene.
  • Medication Management: Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
  • Household Duties: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, including laundry and meal preparation.
  • Companionship: Provide emotional support and companionship to clients.
  • Transportation: Assist clients with transportation to appointments and errands.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, and a compassionate and empathetic approach to care.
Work Environment

As a Caregiver with Harshida Sharma, you will work in a non-smoking environment and have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients in their homes. You will be required to work a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, and may be required to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
