Position Overview

Lecécé Fleur and Garden is seeking a dedicated Floral Arrangement Specialist to enhance our team. This role involves crafting stunning floral designs using both natural and artificial elements.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and create beautiful bouquets and floral arrangements.
  • Select appropriate flowers and decorative accessories to enhance designs.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks.
  • Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination are essential.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to distinguish between colors are crucial.
Personal Attributes
  • Must possess creativity and accuracy in work.
  • Excellent oral communication skills are necessary.
Experience Requirements
  • 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in floral design is preferred.
