Job Title: Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Barburrito. As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our team members are well-trained and motivated.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and feedback to improve productivity and quality of service
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and supply chain logistics
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of restaurant staff
  • Set staff work schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels to meet customer demand
  • Supervise staff and ensure that they are following company policies and procedures
  • Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
  • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Address customer complaints or concerns and provide excellent customer service
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Outlook
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
