Job Title: Home Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Support Worker to join our team at JnB Homecare Services Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Home Support Worker will provide personal care and support to clients in their homes, promoting independence and dignity. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a caring attitude, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and household chores
  • Administer medications and provide wound care as needed
  • Assist clients with mobility and transfers
  • Provide companionship and social support to clients
  • Maintain accurate records of client care and services provided
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field, such as healthcare or social services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting
