Job Title: Home Support Worker

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at Pratima Sehgal. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide essential care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks.
  • Assist with light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
  • Assist with medication reminders and management.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and bending.
Work Conditions:
  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Physically demanding.
  • Repetitive tasks.
