Responsibilities
  • Assume full responsibility for household management in the absence of parents
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe and healthy environment
  • Travel with the family on trips and assist with child supervision and housekeeping duties
  • Bathe, dress, and feed infants and children, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being
  • Discipline children according to the parents' requested methods
  • Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development
  • Organize activities such as games and outings for children, promoting their cognitive and emotional growth
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, considering the children's dietary needs and preferences
  • Prepare infants and children for rest periods, ensuring a smooth transition to sleep
  • Supervise and care for children, providing a nurturing and supportive environment
  • Tend to the emotional well-being of children, offering comfort and reassurance when needed
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children and families
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and grow with the family
  • Reliability and trustworthiness, with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability
Work Environment
