Insurance Specialist

As an Insurance Broker, you will be responsible for meeting sales targets through quotes and referrals, building lasting relationships with customers, and helping them protect what matters most.

• Provide quotes and sell new policies to customers via phone, in-person, and email
• Assist customers with the purchase of their home and auto policy on a daily basis
• Manage and build customer relationships, ensuring timely follow-ups and resolutions
• Conduct sales calls for new business and renewal calls for existing customer business

• No prior experience required; training provided for the right candidate
• RIBO / General Level 1 Insurance License an asset
• Proficient in navigating multiple computer programs
• Able to communicate professionally in-person, over the phone, and through email
• Prior experience achieving sales targets in a similar or comparable role
• Working experience in EPIC an asset

We provide a competitive compensation package consisting of:

• 37.5 hours/week
• $45,000 - $61,000 salary range
• 3 weeks' vacation and 14 wellness days
