Calian Group Ltd. is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to facilitate project success through sustainment analysis planning and onboarding, options analysis, and development of preferred sustainment and procurement strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sustainment analysis plans to ensure project objectives are met.
- Analyze options to determine the most effective sustainment and procurement strategies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop transition plans and ensure a smooth handover.
- Provide expert advice on sustainment business case analysis and procurement strategies.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business case analysis, with a focus on sustainment business case analysis.
- Minimum 1.5 years of experience in Sustainment Business Case Analysis (SBCA) on Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) equipment.
- Experience working on SBCAs in one or more of the following Project and In-Service Support categories.
- Minimum 1 year of technical experience working on or with an Equipment Management Team (EMT) to provide In-Service Support to CAF Military equipment and/or CAF Vehicles.
- Minimum 1 year of experience performing the functions of an Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Specialist on a CAF Major Capital Acquisition Project.
- Relevant degree and certifications.
- May be required to travel outside the National Capital Region.
- Must be able to obtain a Government Security Clearance at the Secret level.
