About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Electrical Project Coordinator in Mississauga. As a key member of our quotations and project management teams, you will be responsible for efficiently quoting new jobs that are out for tender.
Your duties will include determining if requested specifications are achievable and align with both customer and company requirements. You will also act as a liaison with vendors, contractors, and internal staff to obtain RFQs and coordinate the layout of specifications.
In addition, you will negotiate with key suppliers to obtain project pricing and ensure that our corporate image is reflected throughout all interactions.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need to be proficient in Microsoft Office products and have excellent communication skills. You should also be able to prioritize multiple tasks, work well under pressure, and maintain a positive attitude.
A proven ability to build customer relationships and prior experience in quotations, preferably in a similar industry, are highly desirable.
