About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Registered Nurse or Registered Psychiatric Nurse to join our community-based Addiction Nursing team. As a vital member, you will provide compassionate nursing care and support to individuals navigating substance withdrawal and mental health struggles.
In our medically supervised and secure environment, you will be at the forefront of delivering 24-hour nursing care, supported by access to on-site physicians. We value respect and connection in every interaction, creating an atmosphere where participants feel truly seen and supported.
Position Details
This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week with on-call requirements. The salary range is $43.27-$51.66 per hour, with additional compensation for on-call hours and shift premiums.

Qualifications
- RN/RPN with current registration with BCCNM
- Experience with addictions and mental health would be an asset
- Well-developed interpersonal, oral, and written skills
- Proficient knowledge of group process and facilitation techniques
- Good time management skills
- Ability to work effectively with program teams, social workers, and other community professionals
Additional Requirements
- Criminal record check in accordance with agency policy
- Medical clearances
- First aid/CPR certificate (preferred)
- Employees must declare their vaccination status for COVID-19 and influenza; if vaccinated, documentation must be provided
