About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team at First Onsite - CA. As a Carpenter, you will play a critical role in rebuilding homes and businesses for our residential and commercial customers after fire or flood emergencies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Repair and restore residential and commercial structures to their original condition
  • Collaborate with construction crews to ensure high-quality workmanship
  • Oversee laborers to ensure adherence to company standards
  • Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently
  • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in carpentry or a related field
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Valid driver's license
  • Availability for scheduled on-call and after-hour shifts
  • Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy materials
