Job Title: General Manager

R & T TAX MANAGEMENT INC. is seeking a highly skilled General Manager to join our team.

Job Summary:

The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the overall strategy and direction of the organization, ensuring the effective allocation of resources, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the organization, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Resource Management: Allocate and manage human, financial, and material resources to achieve business objectives.
  • Policy Development: Establish and implement policies and programs to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, ensuring effective communication and representation.
  • Staff Management: Select, develop, and manage senior staff, ensuring they have the necessary authority and support to achieve business objectives.
  • Event Management: Manage events and activities that promote business growth and improve stakeholder engagement.
  • Financial Management: Provide financial, business, and tax advice to ensure the organization's financial stability and growth.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in a senior management role.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language: English or French.
  • Work Hours: 32 hours per week.
