Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring they are meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Operations and Logistics
    • Manage the store's inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate stock levels.
    • Authorize payments, returns, and exchanges, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
  • Customer Service and Sales
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
