Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in investment or property management sectors.
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
  4. A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
  5. Professional certifications related to investment or property management, such as CAIA or CFA, are highly valued.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Knowledge of real estate markets and investment strategies, including financial modeling and risk assessment.
  2. Experience with property management software and tools, such as Yardi or MRI.
  3. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  4. Familiarity with financial analysis and reporting, including budgeting and forecasting.
  5. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering results-driven solutions.
