Service Advisor Job Description

At Performance Auto Group, we're seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our team. As a Service Advisor, you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring our customers receive the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and recommend service maintenance and repairs for customers, documenting all work performed.
  • Greet customers in a courteous and professional manner, delivering personalized service that exemplifies our dealership's standards.
  • Work with technicians to identify required maintenance and repairs, preparing repair orders and updating databases with relevant details.
  • Provide service recommendations and estimated costs to customers, ensuring they understand the work required and the associated costs.
  • Perform road tests of customer vehicles to assess their concerns and ensure customer satisfaction meets company and manufacturers' standards.
  • Strive to meet the department's repair order production standards, performing other service-related duties as required by management.
Requirements:
  • A valid Ontario Driver's License and good driving record.
  • 1-3 years of service advisor experience, with CDK experience being an asset.
  • Professional, friendly, and customer-oriented with high emphasis on good CSI and selling capabilities.
  • Ability to sell and recommend maintenance and repairs to our loyal customers.
  • Strong computer skills and good communication skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.

***This compensation range will be based on knowledge and experience.***

Job Type: Full Time - Permanent

Compensation: $50,000 - $70,000 per year
