About the Role:


We are seeking a skilled Hotel Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing hotel staff, maintaining equipment, and ensuring exceptional customer service.


Responsibilities:



  • Coordinate and assign work tasks, overseeing the efficient operation of our hotel.
  • Hire, train, and develop staff on job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Maintain computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging repairs as necessary to ensure business continuity and customer satisfaction.
  • Procure materials and supplies, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

Requirements:



  • A secondary school graduation certificate is required for this position.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a hotel setting is preferred, with a focus on management or supervisory roles.
  • The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • This is a team-oriented role, requiring excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • The ideal candidate will have flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends, and possess a client-focused approach to delivering exceptional service.

What We Offer:



  • A competitive salary range of $55,000 - $70,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
