Reservations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reservations Supervisor to join our team at MOTEL 6. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for coordinating and reviewing work, hiring and training staff, and maintaining the operation of computer systems and equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Assist guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service
- Coordinate and assign work to ensure efficient operation of the front desk
- Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
- Maintain the accuracy and efficiency of computer systems and equipment
- Requisition materials and supplies as needed
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Dependability and flexibility to work a variety of shifts
This is a permanent, full-time position working 35 hours per week. The work environment is a hotel, motel, or resort setting, and the primary language spoken is English.
