About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Farm Worker to join our team at 4 Brothers Farm and Cannery. As a key member of our agricultural team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our farm and cannery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Field Maintenance: Clear and collect brush and debris from fields, pens, and other work areas, and clear fields of wood and stones.
  • Crop Care: Fertilize and spray crops, harvest crops, and maintain quality control and production records.
  • Machinery Operation: Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, and perform general farm duties.
  • Quality Control: Examine product for quality and its readiness for the market.
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 35 to 40 hours of work per week.
