Customer Service Team Leader

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Team Leader to join our team at PHONE HUB. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our customer service team.
About the Role
This is a permanent position that offers 30 to 40 hours of work per week. As a Customer Service Team Leader, you will be working closely with your team to ensure excellent customer service and resolve any issues that may arise.
Responsibilities
- Team Supervision: You will be responsible for supervising a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Task Assignment: Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they have the necessary resources to complete tasks efficiently.
- Authorization: Authorize payments by cheque and order merchandise as required.
- Schedule Establishment: Establish work schedules for the customer service team to ensure adequate coverage.
- Cash Handling: Sell merchandise and oversee payroll administration.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve any issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages.
