WELL Health Clinic Network is currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Medical Practitioner to join our team. As a key member of our medical staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus additional benefits such as free parking available.

About the Role

This full-time position involves working in a fast-paced environment, providing primary care services to patients of all ages. You will be responsible for examining patients, ordering diagnostic tests, prescribing medications, and developing treatment plans to meet their individual needs.

You will also have the opportunity to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and participate in health care policy and planning. Additionally, you will be required to maintain accurate and detailed patient records, adhere to industry standards and regulations, and stay up-to-date with ongoing education and training.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A degree in medicine from a recognized university
  • Current licensure by provincial or territorial authorities
  • College of Family Physicians Certification (CCFP) or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
