Key Responsibilities

  • Support case and contact management, maintaining accurate health records and data entry.
  • Provide current health information to clients and refer them to appropriate services.
  • Engage in outreach work to support the engagement of hard-to-reach clients.
  • Support outbreak response efforts and vaccination efforts through assessment, education, and advocacy.

Requirements
