Respiratory Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to provide comprehensive respiratory care to our patients in a fast-paced hospital setting. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to a diverse acute medical patient population.
Key Responsibilities- Providing respiratory therapy coverage in various hospital units, including the birthing unit, critical care units, emergency department, wards, and pulmonary function lab.
- Responding to codes and participating in the CCOT team to ensure timely and effective care.
- Setting up, maintaining, and monitoring respiratory equipment to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- RRT registration with the College of Respiratory Therapists in the General Class.
- Practice according to the standards and guidelines set out by the College.
- BCLS and NRP certification required; ACLS preferred.
New regular part-time and full-time employees hired into this department will be eligible for a bonus incentive payment of up to $4000.00 payable at established internals over the course of the first 2 years of continuous active employment.
