About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled User Experience Designer to join our team at Hengam. As a UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Lead: Supervise and lead a team of graphic designers or graphic arts technicians to ensure the delivery of high-quality designs.
  • Estimate and Plan: Estimate the time required to complete graphic designs and illustrations, and plan accordingly to meet deadlines.
  • Design and Develop: Develop and produce realistic or representational sketches and final illustrations that meet the clients' objectives.
  • Collaborate and Communicate: Work in a multidisciplinary environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of designs.
  • Meet Client Objectives: Develop graphic elements that meet the clients' objectives, and prepare sketches, layouts, and graphic elements to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Utilize Design Tools: Utilize existing photo and illustration banks, typography guides, and design software such as Adobe Suite, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, and Figma to create high-quality designs.
  • Usability Testing: Conduct usability testing to ensure that designs are user-friendly and meet the clients' requirements.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, and 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in user experience design.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, and Figma.
  • Area of Specialization: User experience design.
