Job Summary:

Zoom Painting is seeking a skilled Painter Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our painting crew, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality painting services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough site assessments to identify painting requirements and develop effective painting plans.
  • Lead and manage painting teams to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve painting services.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in painting or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality painting services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical stamina to perform painting tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with painting software and technology.
  • Knowledge of painting materials and equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
