We are seeking a skilled Painter - Wall Covering Specialist to join our team at Problue Contractors Ltd.
Key Responsibilities- Surface Preparation: Prepare, clean, and sand surfaces to be painted, ensuring a smooth finish.
- Repair and Maintenance: Repair cracks and holes in walls and ceilings to create a seamless finish.
- Paint Mixing and Application: Mix paint to the desired colour and texture, and apply it to interior and exterior surfaces.
- Wallpaper and Fabric Application: Measure, cut, and apply wallpaper and other fabric to walls, ensuring a precise fit.
- Colour Consultation: Advise consumers on colours and choice of wall coverings to enhance their living or working space.
- Scaffolding and Rigging: Erect scaffolding and swing stages, and attach rigging to ensure safe access to work areas.
- Finish Application: Apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces, meeting high standards of quality.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
- Language: Work Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
