About the Position



Croesus Finansoft, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Strategist to lead our wealth management marketing efforts in North America and Europe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining markets, target segments, and personas for our wealth management solutions.



The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years' experience in wealth management marketing, specifically wealth management technology solutions. You will be required to travel regularly, speaking on behalf of Croesus and hosting webinars, panels, roundtables, and presentations.



Key Responsibilities




  • Define markets, target segments, and personas for Croesus's wealth management solutions.
  • Develop positioning, narratives, and key messages for our solutions to effectively communicate their value proposition.
  • Identify differentiators for each solution and contribute to the strategic planning process.
  • Maintain and develop product and market matrix elements to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Create and maintain product packaging before launch, taking an active part in product launches.
  • Promote yearly national marketing plans and collaborate with product management in formulating product roadmaps.
  • Conduct market analysis, forecasting, and primary/secondary research to estimate market sizes and shares.
  • Analyze competition, collect information about ecosystem stakeholders, and create surveys through various channels.


Requirements




  • University degree in marketing, strategy, management, finance, economics, or related fields.
  • Minimum 7 years of B2B marketing experience in the financial, wealth management, or FinTech/WealthTech industry.
  • International perspective or experience, with work history in North America and Europe.
  • Excellent understanding of FinTech, WealthTech, and wealth management industry issues, with strong analytical skills.
  • Bilingual (third language is a strong asset), with ability to communicate with senior executives.
  • Strong knowledge of Google and Microsoft products and environments.
