About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at CSM Infotech Solutions Inc. as a key member of our IT department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Consultation

Confer with clients to identify their technical requirements and understand their business needs.

Technical Documentation

Document technical requirements to ensure that products, processes, and solutions meet business requirements and are aligned with our company's goals.

IT Strategy and Advice

Provide expert advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery to support the growth and success of our organization.

Security Risk Assessment

Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware to protect our company's assets and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Policy Development

Develop and implement policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches and ensure business continuity.

Software Development Life Cycle

Develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle to ensure high-quality products and services.

Testing and Quality Assurance

Execute and document results of software application tests and information and telecommunication systems tests to ensure that our products and services meet the required standards.

Requirements
  • Education

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the IT industry.

Language

Fluency in English is required, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.

Work Schedule

30 hours per week, with flexibility to work on a part-time or full-time basis.
