Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at Mobile Savvy. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing information systems business solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Confer with clients to identify their requirements and provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery.
  • Design and develop business solutions that meet the needs of our clients, including usability testing and quality assurance.
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure that their systems are running smoothly.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle.
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment with a minimum of 30 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
