The Vice President – Clinical Research & Research Administration is an executive-level position responsible for leading the operational and administrative functions that support the organization's vision and mandate. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in research lab administration, clinical research management, and financial management, as well as excellent interpersonal and delegating skills.
The Key Qualifications for this role include:
- A Master's Degree in Health Administration (MHA), MBA, CGA, or CMA.
- At least 10 to 15 years of work-related experience within an institution dedicated to Sciences, Research, Post-Secondary Education, Health Services, Biotech, or Pharmaceutics.
- Knowledge and understanding of regulatory requirements governing Clinical Research.

This is a critical leadership position that requires a high level of expertise and experience in research lab administration, clinical research management, and financial management. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of research support personnel and collaborating with senior management to drive strategic initiatives and achieve organizational goals.
