We are seeking a highly skilled Network Operations Technician to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the support, operation and performance of Enterprise Solutions Networks, including customer circuits.
This position will involve the dispatch of Dealers, Contractors and Field Crews to resolve customer and Xplore Business technical issues.
Daily/weekly reports, Outage Notifications and day-to-day management of the Xplore Business network infrastructure will also be part of the role.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, be able to multitask and interact effectively with various levels within the organization.
- Xplore Business Network Monitoring: Maintain and support the operation of Fixed Wireless, Satellite and IP network elements.
- Outage Management: Quickly assess impact and resolve emergency escalations while adhering to defined procedures.
- Network Change Requests: Monitor and report on all network change requests.
