Food Service Manager

YUMMY PIZZA AND DONAIR is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities: Oversee the preparation and portioning of food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Train Staff: Provide guidance and training to staff members on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Determine the necessary ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the right products on hand.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our high standards, maintaining the quality of our products and services.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for our kitchen operations.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on kitchen performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and a team player attitude.
