Key Responsibilities
  • Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Prepare statements of earnings for employees, including gross and net salaries, deductions, and benefits
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Prepare T4 statements and other required documents
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP diploma in a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a related field
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and accounting software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
