Job Title: Account Records Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Account Records Clerk to join our team at Alberta Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Prepare statements of earnings for employees, highlighting gross and net salaries, deductions, and benefits.
  • Maintain payroll records, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
  • Prepare T4 statements and other relevant documents.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and accounting software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
