Deli Department Manager

About the Role:
The Deli Manager will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, leading the Deli Department, and achieving budgeted results while adhering to Federated Co-operatives Limited policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding guest service that promotes the Co-op's Mission and Vision and motivate the Deli team to do the same.
- Lead the development and achievement of financial results and budget objectives in the areas of sales, margins, expenses, and profits within established guidelines.
- Lead employee relations, hiring, training, development, coaching, and recognition.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, professional standards, and performance management.
- Ensure standards of department presentation and operation are met, including ordering, merchandising, production, inventory control, sanitation, and food safety.
- Lead asset protection, including reporting of workplace incidents, loss prevention, and equipment maintenance.
