Job Title: Education Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Education Consultant to join our team at Ask Online Canada. As an Education Consultant, you will play a key role in developing and implementing educational programs and services that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify areas of improvement in educational programs and services
  • Determine project objectives and milestones, and develop strategies to achieve them
  • Develop and implement educational content, including curriculum and teaching materials
  • Provide on-going professional development, training, and consultative services to teachers and educators
  • Supervise office and volunteer staff, and ensure the effective delivery of educational programs and services
  • Prepare reports and presentations to stakeholders, including clients and internal teams
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Education or a related field
  • 2 years of experience in education, preferably in a consulting or advisory role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to adjust to changing priorities and circumstances
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with diverse populations, including children and adults
  • Knowledge of educational technologies and tools, including social media and online platforms
  • Experience in sales and marketing, preferably in an educational context
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
