Education Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Education Consultant to join our team at Ask Online Canada. As an Education Consultant, you will play a key role in developing and implementing educational programs that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research to identify best practices in education and develop curriculum that aligns with industry standards.
  • Determine project objectives and milestones, and develop a project plan to achieve them.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for teachers and other stakeholders.
  • Provide ongoing professional development and consultative services to teachers and other education professionals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met.
  • Supervise and support office and volunteer staff to ensure that they have the resources and support they need to succeed.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Education or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in education, preferably in a leadership or consulting role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with children or in a school setting.
  • Knowledge of Mandarin, Cantonese, Burmese, or Chinese languages.
  • Experience with social media and other digital tools.
Work Environment:
