Salary
As an Adult Occupational Therapist at VHA Home HealthCare, you can expect a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $120,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications.

About the Role
In this role, you will work as part of our interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality, client-centered care to individuals in their homes, schools, retirement homes, and other community settings. You will assess and implement occupational therapy interventions in accordance with professional practice guidelines and standards established by VHA and the relevant regulatory college.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assessing clients' needs and developing personalized care plans
  • Implementing occupational therapy interventions to promote independence and improve quality of life
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized school of Occupational Therapy
  • A valid driver's license with access to a vehicle
  • The ability to provide virtual care
  • A registered ADP authorizer (asset)
