About the Role:

Brandt is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team in Brossard, Quebec. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales of underground and tree care products in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Business Development:
    • Sell both new and used underground and tree care equipment within the designated area of responsibility (AOR).
    • Travel across the entire AOR to effectively cover all current and prospect-account locations.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Be fully engaged with growing our customer base by:
      • Increasing our share of our existing customer base's wallet spend.
      • Acquiring new customers.
      • Identifying key strategic customers (existing and new) and executing a growth plan.
      • Building relationships.
    • Market Research and Analysis:
      • Keep current on customers' business activities and needs.
      • Prepare and maintain customer status reports, including sales call activities and customer lists.
    • Marketing and Promotion:
      • Develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies for your AOR.
    • Product Knowledge and Industry Trends:
      • Keep current on product knowledge and industry (competitive) models.
    • Administrative Tasks:
      • Complete all sales documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
      • Manage travel requirements and expenses in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Education and Experience:
    • Must be familiar with the trenching/plowing/drilling and/or tree care industry, having spent some time working in or servicing it.
  • Skills and Qualifications:
    • Enthusiastic, energetic, and goal-driven.
    • Proven ability to build and grow sales in a defined territory.
    • Excellent verbal and written communications.
    • Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.
    • Must be able to travel throughout the assigned area of responsibility (AOR).
    • Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
    • Must possess and maintain a valid passport and be available to travel internationally.
    • Being bilingual (English and French) is considered an asset.
