Sky Mart Inc is seeking a skilled Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. Your primary duties will include operating computerized inventory record keeping and re-ordering systems, providing advice about merchandise, and conducting sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce. You will also be responsible for estimating or quoting prices, credit or contract terms, warranties and delivery dates, greeting customers and discussing type, quality and quantity of merchandise or services sought for purchase, rental or lease, and maintaining sales records for inventory control. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Operate computerized inventory record keeping and re-ordering systems
* Provide advice about merchandise

* Greet customers and discuss type, quality and quantity of merchandise or services sought for purchase, rental or lease
* Maintain sales records for inventory control

**Requirements:**

* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* 1 to less than 7 months of experience
* Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
