Bread Production Specialist

At JC's Hot Bagels, we're seeking a skilled Bread Baker to join our team. As a key member of our bakery team, you'll be responsible for preparing dough for a variety of breads, pastries, and sweet goods.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods according to recipes or special customer orders.
- Bake mixed dough and batters to perfection.
- Draw up production schedules to ensure timely delivery of our products.
- Inspect kitchen and food service areas to maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness.
- Operate machinery safely and efficiently.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
- Permanent employment with 35 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
