Bread Production Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Bread Baker to join our team at JC's Hot Bagels. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for preparing dough for a variety of bread products, including pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods according to recipes or special customer orders
- Bake mixed dough and batters to produce high-quality products
- Draw up production schedules to ensure efficient use of time and resources
- Inspect kitchen and food service areas to maintain high standards of cleanliness and quality
- Operate machinery safely and efficiently
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a bakery or related environment
- Permanent employment with 35 hours per week
- Fluency in English
