We are seeking a highly skilled User Support Technician to join our team at HONGYAN PRECISION MANUFACTURING LIMITED. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our users, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our computer systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Consult technical manuals, user guides, and other resources to research and implement solutions to complex problems.
  • Provide training and guidance to users to help them overcome technical difficulties.
  • Maintain a comprehensive problems and solutions log to facilitate knowledge sharing among team members.
  • Offer support for business systems, networks, and Internet connectivity to users.
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment with a standard 35-hour workweek.
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
