As a Senior Account Strategist at Workday, you will be responsible for driving product adoption and ensuring our customers realize value from their Evisort investments.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with our customers, understand their business needs, and develop strategic success plans that align with their objectives. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create a seamless customer experience.
  • Creating customer champions and advocates.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with senior-level executives.

You will have the opportunity to work on a diverse scope of situations, including contract management, customer growth, and retention. Additionally, you will analyze data, prioritize and drive resolution, and prepare and deliver executive briefings and reports.

About the Role

The Enterprise Growth Advisor will play a critical role in driving product adoption and ensuring our customers realize value from their Evisort investments. You will work closely with our customers, understand their business needs, and develop strategic success plans that align with their objectives.

You will have the opportunity to work on a diverse scope of situations, including contract management, customer growth, and retention. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, create customer champions and advocates, and develop and maintain relationships with senior-level executives.
