Key Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day operations of 3 stores, ensuring excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales associates to meet business objectives.
- Control expenses, shrink, and other related functions to maximize profitability.
- Oversee the construction, opening, operating, and closing/tear down of assigned Spirit stores.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- At least 21 years old.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate seasonal demands.
- 2-5 years of experience in a multi-store supervisory position.
- Ability to stand for over 8 hours, walk, climb ladders, set up fixtures, lift, and move up to 50 pounds.
