Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Alpha Donair and Shawarma is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain efficient work schedules to meet customer demand.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, ensuring that food is prepared and served in a timely and safe manner.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation procedures, and quality control standards.
  • Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that food and service meet our high standards.
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers, addressing their concerns and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Work Environment:

Our kitchen is a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and efficiency are essential. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be required to work in a team environment, communicating effectively with colleagues and management to ensure the smooth operation of our kitchen.

Language:

English is the primary language spoken in our kitchen, and we require all staff to be proficient in English.
