Job Role
  • Contribute to developing strong, creative, and innovative design concepts on a wide range of urban design and campus planning projects.
  • Develop and advance conceptual and schematic designs on urban design and campus planning projects.
  • Utilize visualization skills to effectively express design both in plan and three-dimensionally.
  • Prepare detailed narrative reports and presentations that communicate the design process and concepts.
  • Analyze and document project influences.
  • Assist in presenting and producing urban design and campus planning projects.
  • Help manage client expectations, team communication, and consultant coordination.
  • Assist in programming and project schedules.
  • Contribute to office activities, initiatives, and learning programs.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in related urban design, urban planning, or landscape architecture.
  • A professional architectural degree is required, preferably from an accredited university.
  • Strong design skills and experience working on various project types.
  • Experience liaising with clients and stakeholders, including municipalities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000+ bonus, based on the location and job requirements.
