We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Operations Manager to join our team at Select People Solutions. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and developing our accounting and office staff, offering accounting direction on all accounting processes, and streamlining financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and developing the accounting and office staff
- Offering accounting direction on all accounting processes, including payroll and benefits
- Streamlining financial operations by developing policies, overseeing compliance, managing KPIs, and streamlining operations
- Compiling and presenting financial reports
- Forecasting
- Special projects and data analysis, including monitoring corporate credit, assessing risks, and investigating variances
- Collaborating and building relationships with department leaders, government agencies, and other professional organizations
- Meeting deadlines and managing month-end/year-end closing processes/audits
Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience as a Controller, Finance Manager, or relatable management role
- CPA Designation
- Must have either accounting experience in manufacturing or experience auditing manufacturing companies
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate, mentor, and provide consultation
- Unrivaled attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
