Assistant Store Manager Job Description

At Ricki's and Cleo, we're seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our store leadership, you'll be responsible for creating an exceptional brand experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute store visual merchandising presentations to drive business results
  • Coach and encourage customer-focused sales associates and leaders to achieve sales goals
  • Oversee store operations, including shift task organization and store opening and closing duties
  • Implement brand visual standards and seasonal merchandising plans to achieve consistency in visual display
  • Maintain a safe and clean store environment for our teams and customers
  • Secure company assets with strong loss prevention skills and awareness
  • Provide leadership to the store team, guiding and training them to achieve great results
Requirements:
  • Experienced retail supervisor with strong visual merchandising skills and ability to drive business through fashion consciousness and commerciality
  • Excellent sales skills and commitment to ensuring amazing customer experiences
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, climb a ladder, and move and handle boxes of merchandise (weighing up to 30 pounds) and fixtures throughout the store
  • Flexible availability, with a combination of daytime, evening, and weekend shifts
