### Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Spencer Gifts – Spirit Halloween. As a key member of our store leadership, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining exceptional Guest Services, while supporting the Store Manager in the overall operation of the store.

### Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and profitability, while controlling expenses and shrinkage
* Collaborate with the Store Manager to ensure effective merchandising and inventory control, in adherence with Company policies and procedures
* Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching and guidance to achieve business objectives
* Foster a positive and inclusive store environment, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction

### Requirements

* Prior retail and/or management experience required
* Ability to work up to 38 hours per week
* Minimum age requirement: 18
* Physical demands of the job require in excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds
